Peter Phobia is a German illustrator, animator and skateboarder based in New York City.
Inspired by life in the big city, Peter’s approach to storytelling is bold, playful and energetic.
Peter’s characters are living their best life - making friends, surfing the web, rocking the latest sneakers or skating through his illustrated universe.
He loves to collaborate with ad agencies and brands. His clients include Amazon, Facebook, Coca Cola, Samsung, T-Mobile, JP Morgan Chase, Lufthansa, The New York Times, to name a few.
Peter is a World Illustration Awards: New Talent Winner and holds an MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay from the School of Visual Arts. His work has been recognized by Adobe, The Art Directors Club, American Illustration, Society of Illustrators, Communication Arts and the AOI.
Represented in the USA by Sunday Afternoon.
